LATICRETE hires Jesler Savi Freitas as Regional Manager

Words: John AbanathyLaticrete, a global manufacturer of installation and finishing systems for the building industry, has announced that Jesler Savi Freitas has been hired as a Regional Manager, South America.

Reporting to Laticrete regional director of Latin America and the Caribbean, Rivaldo Tiscoski, Savi Freitas is charged with maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to increase sales of Laticrete products and solutions across South America.

"Jesler's long history in, and deep understanding of the South American ceramic tile and installation system business will benefit Laticrete greatly," said Tiscoski. "Having worked for the joint venture Eliane Argamassas, he is well versed in the value of Laticrete products and is a welcome addition to our international team."

With degrees in chemical engineering, business management and quality management, Savi Freitas comes to Laticrete with over 20 years of industry experience. He previously held the position of plant manager with Eliane Argamassas. Sold in 2007, Eliane Argamassas was a joint venture between Laticrete International and Eliane Ceramics of Brazil.
