Westlake Royal Building Products™, one of North America’s largest manufacturers and distributors of exterior and interior building products, today announced an expanded distribution partnership with Lumberman’s Wholesale Inc. (LWI), a wholesale building materials distributor and manufacturer. In fall 2025, LWI will open its third location in Northwest Arkansas, further strengthening its regional footprint.

This new branch will distribute the full Westlake Royal Building Products portfolio, including TruExterior® poly-ash siding, Versetta Stone®, Celect® Cellular Composite Siding, Royal® Trim & Mouldings and Zuri® Premium Decking.

“LWI’s new location enhances our ability to support a growing region with the innovative, high-performance products our customers expect,” said Bill Conlon, vice president of US sales for siding and trim at Westlake Royal Building Products. “Lumberman’s Wholesale Inc. shares our dedication to quality, service and building strong relationships. Together, we can ensure dealers and contractors in Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding markets have the right products, training and support to help their businesses thrive.”

Founded in 1980, LWI has steadily grown by staying true to its core values of Relationships, Quality, Knowledge and Integrity. From this new strategic location, LWI will continue providing professional dealers and one-step distributors with reliable access to top building products, along with hands-on training and expert installation support.

“This expansion is about more than just territory. It’s about honoring the trust our customers and vendors place in us,” said Jeff Esposito, president at Lumberman’s Wholesale Inc. “Our team has worked hard to build a reputation for excellence and dependability, and we’re excited to bring that same standard to the Northwest Arkansas market. With strong vendor support, our incredible team of people, and the same values my dad built this company on in 1980, we’re ready to serve our expanded market with the same energy and commitment.”
