New Besser logo and website

Words: Artisan Tile companyBesser Company proudly recognizes several milestones this year, including 110 years of business in the concrete products industry, 60 years of industry education, and 10 years as an employee-owned company. “To acknowledge the significance and excitement behind these milestones, we introduced a new logo and website. The new look balances a humble reflection of our past while embracing our future. We felt it was an appropriate time to change our look on the outside to reflect the progress we’ve made on the inside,” said Kari Schellie, director of marketing.

Some may recognize the original globe that was incorporated in the Besser logo during the late 1960’s to represent Besser’s global presence. “We wanted to pay tribute to our company’s notable history while modernizing the logo to reflect the tremendous efforts we’ve made over the past several years. Our new logo is a true reflection of our growth and transformation,” said Kevin Curtis, president and CEO. Some of those efforts include the launch of the Servopac concrete product machine, the new intelligently designed Besser curing systems, and the innovative paver (big board) machines. The new logo also incorporates the company’s tagline, “trusted since 1904,” to directly acknowledge Besser’s longevity in the industry.

The website, www.besser.com, was designed specifically with customers in mind. Using the latest technology, the site is compatible with today's browsers, tablets, and mobile devices. Customers can benefit from richer online content that’s now easier to navigate through and share with others. The site features Besser’s complete range of quality concrete products equipment, technical support materials, and educational opportunities. Customers are also encouraged to take advantage of our online ordering system to place parts orders, review past quotes, invoices, and quotes, and even view mold books produced specifically for each customer.

Besser will continue to keep the industry current by means of their blog and social media sites in addition to their newly designed electronic newsletter. The e-newsletter will be distributed bi-weekly and readers can choose to receive all e-newsletters or only those specific to the masonry & hardscape industry or the pipe & precast industry.
