LATICRETE announces three technical service promotions

Words: John AbanathyLATICRETE, a global manufacturer and leader of premium installation and finishing systems for the building industry, announced the promotions of Timothy Bergin, Dean Cunningham and Steven Rampino each on the LATICRETE Technical Services team reporting to Technical Services Director Arthur Mintie CSI, CDT.

“Timothy, Dean and Steven are key members of LATICRETE Technical Services, a department that plays a critical role in the long-term success of the company,” said Mintie. “While they are based in our Bethany, CT headquarters, they serve on the ‘front lines’ with our customers providing fast, accurate technical support. I am proud to announce their well-deserved promotions.”

Timothy Bergin has been promoted to the position of Associate Technical Services Manager—Support Services. In this role, Bergin will expand his oversight of the department’s technical inquiry response system and support services for LATICRETE. Prior to the promotion, he provided reliable direction to, and support for, customers and the technical services support staff.

Dean Cunningham has been promoted to the position of Associate Technical Services Manager—Specialty Products Division. In this role, Cunningham will expand his efforts to support new acquisitions and specialty product ventures for LATICRETE. Prior to the promotion, he earned a reputation for his ability to quickly absorb new company offerings, solve unique issues and develop high-performance specifications for challenging installations or projects.

Steven G. Rampino has been promoted to the position of Associate Technical Services Manager—Training. In this role, Rampino will further expand his efforts to increase the reach of the award winning LATICRETE technical training programs. Prior to the promotion, he drove the LATICRETE Training Programs to an elite level and oversaw the launch of LATICRETE University, a self-paced electronic training platform that complements traditional classroom training programs.
