From dust to done at World of Concrete 2016

Words: Sofie CollinsWhether it’s breaking concrete or compacting subgrade, we’re bringing sustainable productivity to World of Concrete.

Groundbreaking Efficiency

Say hello to your new friends in uptime and efficiency. Our compact ES and EC hydraulic breaker attachments are fast and easy to maintain, resulting in minimal downtime.

They feature solid bodies or box style mounting systems that eliminate the need to remove external fasteners to access components. This means you can quickly and easily replace bushings and seals and get on with your construction and light demolition projects.

Precise Demolition and Recycling

With the right tools you can profit from demolishing and recycling the building materials at your worksite. For instance, our Combi Cutter hydraulic attachments feature powerful jaws, short open-close cycles and extremely high breaking force to quickly crush masonry and concrete as well as cut steel. Because you get one attachment that does both the crushing and cutting, you can save considerable time during the demolition phase.

In addition, our Atlas Copco rig-mounted bucket crushers pulverize a wide range of materials, including asphalt, stone and concrete. The attachments provide an alternative to larger,
more costly crushers and allow you to re-use the crusher material or sell it to a third party.

Smooth Operation

When breaking concrete or cutting asphalt, you need a lightweight, yet powerful breaker to get the job done. Our handheld hydraulic, pneumatic and gas breakers are easy-to-use and ergonomic. They have vibration reduction features that minimize the vibrations transferred to the operator, resulting in optimal comfort. They also are as light as 28 pounds for easy maneuverability and deliver as much as 2,700 blows per minute to the work surface.

Our handheld breakers keep workflow running smoothly with features that minimize wear and downtime. For example, the TEX P60 pneumatic breaker has a one-piece solid-cast housing, which eliminates frontheads, four-bolt backheads and side bolts, so users can access components quickly for easy maintenance.

Finish Strong

From start to finish, you need durable and dependable compaction equipment that can handle the rugged conditions of the jobsite. Our line of compaction machines offer high centrifugal forces and speed so you can finish fast and get on to the next project quickly.

Keep your productivity up with easy handling anywhere you go. For example, our LT5005 and LT6005 rammers have ultra-slim bodies and plates as narrow as 6 inches, for compacting cohesive and granular soils close to structures and in confined spaces, such as trenches, ditches, backfills and foundations.
