Kodiak® Boots Joins The MCAA’s Corporate Partner Program

Words: Dan Kamys

The Mason Contractors Association of America is excited to announce a 2022 expansion of the relationship with Kodiak®, a footwear brand of Workwear Outfitters, which will include an exclusive Corporate Partnership with the MCAA, footwear sponsorship of the MCAA’s Fastest Trowel On The Block and Masonry Skills Challenge at the World of Concrete, a multi-channel marketing campaign, and a second industry research extension. Kodiak® is now a part of the MCAA’s industry-wide promotional program for masonry suppliers.

“We love building on mutually beneficial relationships at the MCAA, and this expansion of our work with Kodiak® from last year is substantial. They have really embraced the potential with our audience and what we do as an organization. They’re working hard to be the footwear company for the masonry industry,” said Dan Kamys, MCAA Editorial Director.

Like last year, the marketing component will leverage nearly all of the MCAA and MASONRY Media’s respective channels, including: print advertising, website banners, email advertising, and social media advertising. Additionally, Kodiak® will co-develop a second footwear research campaign to better understand how to serve the masonry industry. Kodiak®, along with Terra®, the other footwear brand of Workwear Outfitters, will continue to highlight the MCAA’s advocacy of masonry and construction trades as worthy, dignified career paths.

“The Kodiak team very much appreciates the MCAA’s progressive, dedicated approach to supporting and engaging its members,” said Margaret Morey-Reuner, Director of Marketing for Kodiak and Terra. “The opportunity for Kodiak and Terra to collaborate with MCAA members on the design and development of even better safety footwear is a great example of consumer-led product development that can directly benefit masons on the job site, resulting in a safer, more comfortable and productive work experience.”
