Pardue also made every MCAA member a committee member. The new committee chairmen are: Bob Hatch, Constitution and By-Laws; Richard Felice, Education; Mike Johnston, Finance; Ed Boettcher, Insurance; Paul Clements, Jr., Legislative; Mack Pettit, Manpower, Robert Schuerman, Marketing; John Smith, Jr., Masonry Panels; Fred Kinateder, Membership; Mark Larsen, Publications, and Al Wendt, Safety.

Each committee has already met under the direction of their new chairman to set up long range goals. Committees will meet formally twice each year; at the annual meeting in the spring and at the executive board meeting in the fall. The next formal committee meetings will be held at the Four Seasons Resort in Dallas, Texas on Friday, October 14, 1994.
