TRY THEM FIRST
Test Easy Mason corner poles on Block or Brick

We insist that you use the system first, for 30 days, and agree to purchase only if you are completely convinced of our claims. If you are not impressed with the quality, design, and durability of Easy Mason corner poles, if you don't find them versatile and easy to set up, if the built in sliding gauge won't save you time and aggravation and assist you in achieving greater accuracy, if you don't see a significant increase in productivity, and your profits don't increase substantially during this 30 day period, SEND THEM BACK.

If you decide to purchase, we suggest that you use the 12 month split payment method, which allows Easy Mason™ corner poles to pay for themselves through usage. If you change your mind at any time throughout the 12 months and decide to return them, all remaining payments will be cancelled.

For details, phone 1-800-663-8114 fax 1-905-476-8417 or write EASY MASON SYSTEM

Negotiator

vice versa. It expands the number of negotiating points creating greater profitability of a win/win outcome.

There are many things that an owner, contractor, or vendor can give you that is equal to or better than cash. When going into a negotiation, think about the aspects that deliver high value and do not force them to write you a check. Some negotiations will focus on the monetary aspects of the relationship. However, learn to expand your horizons to include other outcomes that allow both you and your negotiation partner to win. Think about giving and receiving funny money as additional objectives in the negotiations.

Successful negotiators practice their craft. To increase your negotiating success practice and build your craft. Think of small ways to build your comfort level. That way when you walk into your next big negotiation you will be confident and comfortable.

Increasing your negotiation skills means focusing on win/win outcomes, introducing funny money, and remembering that you are negotiating most of your waking moments. Wake up and smell the coffee-your new negotiation skills will bring you riches-in dollars and funny money! What kind of negotiator are you? A successful one! All you have to do is implement your new-found skills.

minds, a time of assessment. Not quite the 21st century, not really the 20th. In 2000, we as a nation will be looking back at what we've done, the messes we made, just as we will try to find ways to move forward.

The third way of looking at the millennium is as a beginning with the year 2001. A brave new world to move from.

Where does our industry want to be in five years? Which millennium will we choose 1999, 2000, 2001? Will it be a combination? Being an optimist by nature, I think in terms of beginning a new millennium or century, rather than ending the one we're in.

Our masonry industry has the tools, new codes and standards, quality controls, and a qualified workforce to meet this new century. This gives us the opportunity to seize firmly the challenge of good stewardship. But can we meet this challenge head on without a government sympathetic to small businesses and their needs? We need to vote and act as small business leaders and insure a sympathetic government. Your vote can help in preventing a... Strike Three.

Our work awaits us, let us begin
