Mason Mike Hendrickson with Rice Lake Construction is going to the National SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500® on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at the World of Concrete/World of Masonry in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mason Mike Hendrickson, with Rice Lake Construction, Deerwood, MN, is going to the National by winning the 2007 SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500® Minnesota Regional hosted by TCC Materials, Inc., a SPEC MIX licensee for the Minnesota area. The
Regional was held on October 6, at the St. Paul, MN, facility of TCC Materials, and drew masons from the state and surrounding region.

It was a big day for Rice Lake Construction, as Mike and his tender Shane Barclay laid 530 brick to lead the pack. Shad Fredman and his tender Alan Gerner, with Hollenback and Nelson Inc., Minneapolis, MN, won the TOP CRAFTSMAN award and 2nd place. The first place winner moves on to the Nationals held on January 23, at the 2008 World of Concrete/World of Masonry in Las Vegas, Nevada.
