Sioux Announces Sales and Marketing Manager

Words: Don KrullSioux is pleased to announce the promotion of Meg Bucy to Sales and Marketing Manager. Her career with Sioux started in 2007 with a Marketing and International Business Internship. During that time, she assisted with developing the overall marketing strategy, media planning and buying, and internet/website development and maintenance.

In 2008, Meg graduated from Montana State University with degrees in both Business Marketing and Spanish. During her tenure at MSU, Meg spent one year honing her Spanish language skills in Valparaiso, Chile. After completing college, she returned to Sioux as a full-time Market Segment Manager. In that position, Meg was responsible for sales in the manufacturing, government, chemical, pharmaceutical and medical markets in addition to market research and planning and product development.

More recently, Meg was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager overseeing the department and managing all activities within, which include inside sales, field sales, parts, customer service and marketing

Jack Finger, President/CEO of the company states, “Meg is an excellent addition to Sioux given her skills, education, enthusiasm and family background.”

In her new role, Meg brings a high level of enthusiasm, strong customer relations skills, and new ideas. Meg is the first member of the third generation of the family business; she is the granddaughter of John and Virginia Finger who bought the company in 1965. Jack Finger is the President/CEO of the company which was founded in 1939 and is still owned and operated by the Finger family.
