Shelby Docken has been promoted to Customer Service Manager at Sioux Corporation.
Sioux is pleased to announce the promotion of Shelby Docken to Customer Service Manager. Shelby began his career at Sioux in November of 1988 as an inside sales manager. Over time Shelby's position developed into a Concrete Market Segment Manager and Product Manager for products engineered and manufactured exclusively for this industry.

Shelby, with 23 years of experience and his extensive knowledge of Sioux equipment was the perfect candidate for the Customer Service Manager Position. Due to Shelby's promotion, however, Sioux now has an opening for a Product Application Specialist for the concrete industry.

Meg Bucy, Sales and Marketing Manager at Sioux states, "Sioux has the #1 name in the concrete industry with a complete line of heating and chilling equipment and a line of steam generators designed specifically for use in concrete applications. Sioux has invested significantly in the concrete industry for over 30 years and still has enormous potential to grow. The right person in the position could build an excellent career, grow sales, and develop long-term relationships with key customers. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person!"

The position is based at Sioux's 50,000 sq. foot facility in Beresford, SD, with some travel required to exhibit equipment at several industry trade shows, to provide product training to distributors and customers, and to develop customer relationships, and to help close key sales opportunities. Other responsibilities of the position include coordinating projects to develop new products based on customer needs, identifying new sales opportunities, and handling customer and distributor inquiries.
