Safety is not a slogan; it’s a way of life.
IMS Masonry announced an amazing milestone this month, having reached over 1,000,000 hours without a single lost time injury. In an industry that by nature has regular injuries, it’s taken IMS four years of extraordinary commitment to safety to reach this major accomplishment.

Over the years, IMS has been the recipient of many safety awards recognizing their company’s dedication to safety. Alan Johnson, IMS’s founder and President, attributes this remarkable achievement to the safety culture that the entire company has been passionate about.

“To achieve such a desirable milestone of one million man hours injury free shows just how serious IMS Masonry takes safety on the job site. It is highly unusual and I personally am not aware of any other mason contractor who has attained such excellence in on the job safety. MCAA is proud to have IMS Masonry as one of our certified masonry contractor members,” said Jeff Buczkiewicz, President and CEO of MCAA (Mason Contractors of America).

IMS Masonry was founded in 1989. They are licensed in several states with a major focus on the intermountain states that surround Utah.
